Fair questions, straight answers.

What hotel revenue management and digital marketing involve, and what working with Noon Advisory looks like.

About Noon Advisory

What is Noon Advisory?

Noon Advisory is a revenue management and digital marketing consultancy for independent boutique hotels. We act as your hotel's outsourced revenue function: setting rate strategy, managing distribution and channel mix, running Google Ads and metasearch campaigns, and reporting results to your GM and owners every week.

Who is behind Noon Advisory?

Noon Advisory is led by a hotel revenue leader who worked up from Revenue Analyst to Director of Revenue Management and led a team of revenue managers. Across six years in hotel revenue, sales and marketing, that included $74M in annual budgeted revenue.

Who do you work with?

Independent boutique hotels, typically from 10 to 70 keys. If your property falls outside that range, get in touch and we can talk it through.

Why are you called Noon?

A play on our founder's initials and a love of late checkouts brought our name to life.

Revenue management

What is hotel revenue management?

Hotel revenue management is the practice of selling the right room to the right guest, at the right price, through the right channel, at the right time. It combines demand forecasting, dynamic pricing, stay restrictions and distribution strategy to grow RevPAR (revenue per available room), rather than chasing occupancy or average daily rate (ADR) on their own.

Why does a boutique hotel need revenue management?

Boutique hotels rarely have a dedicated revenue manager, so rates are often set by gut feel or copied from competitors. That means underpricing on high-demand dates and losing share on quiet ones. Outsourced revenue management gives a small hotel enterprise-level strategy without the cost of a full-time hire, and frees the GM to focus on guests.

How is this different from a revenue management system or a large consultancy?

A revenue management system gives you tools and data, but someone still has to run it. We bring the strategy and judgment, work only with boutique independents, and explain each decision so your GM and owners stay in control.

Do I need to change my PMS or technology?

In most cases, no. We work within your existing systems, with experience across MEWS, Cloudbeds, SiteMinder, HotelTrader, OTAs and GDS.

What results can I expect?

Our clients have averaged a 10 to 25% increase in topline revenue over prior management, with our strongest result reaching 144%. Results depend on your market, seasonality and starting position, which is why every engagement starts with a free revenue check-in that sizes the opportunity for your hotel specifically.

Digital marketing

What digital marketing services do you offer hotels?

We build hotel digital marketing in five layers: conversion tracking and analytics, Google Ads and metasearch campaigns, direct booking conversion on your website and booking engine, email and past-guest retention, and weekly reporting that feeds your revenue strategy. Every channel is measured against actual bookings, not clicks.

How do you increase direct bookings and reduce OTA commission?

OTAs typically charge 15 to 25% commission on every booking. We win more of that demand back through brand protection campaigns, metasearch placements, direct-only offers, rate parity management, a faster booking flow and email campaigns to past guests, so more guests book with you directly and commission stays in the hotel.

What are Google Hotel Ads and metasearch?

Metasearch sites such as Google Hotels, Tripadvisor and Trivago compare prices for the same hotel across the hotel's own website and OTAs. Google Hotel Ads and other metasearch campaigns place your direct rate alongside the OTAs, so travelers who are ready to book can choose your website and you avoid paying commission.

Why manage revenue management and digital marketing together?

Because marketing spend works best when it follows demand and rate strategy. When one team owns both, budgets flex up for need dates and down for dates that will sell anyway, campaigns promote the right offers, and every marketing decision is reviewed alongside pace and pricing in the weekly revenue meeting.

How do you measure digital marketing results?

We track cost per booking, return on ad spend, booking engine conversion rate and revenue by source, matched back to your PMS so we report on real stays rather than estimates. These numbers are reviewed every week and shape the next week's budget, rate and channel decisions.

Working together

What is the free revenue check-in?

A structured, no-obligation review of where your hotel may be leaving revenue on the table. It covers pricing and rate structure, channel mix and distribution costs, and pace, pickup and forecast against budget, and ends with clear, prioritized next steps.

How much does it cost?

Fees depend on your hotel's size and the scope of support, and are agreed after the free revenue check-in so you know exactly what you are paying for and why. You can use our calculator to model the potential return at different monthly budgets.

How involved will my GM and team need to be?

Only as much as is useful. For most hotels that means one revenue meeting a week, and the occasional email to answer any questions or provide guidance. Pricing, distribution and reporting sit with us, so your team can focus on guests. We can also work closely to help with group sales and contract inquiries.

What happens after I get in touch?

We start with a discovery call, followed by the revenue check-in. From there, we agree whether ongoing support is the right fit for your hotel.

See you at Noon?

Tell us about your hotel and where revenue could work harder. We'll reply personally, usually within one business day, to set up a meeting.
