What we collect

Cookies and tracking

ToolTypeWhat it does for us
Google AnalyticsAnalyticsCounts visits and shows which pages and channels lead to inquiries.
Microsoft ClarityAnalyticsRecords clicks and scrolling, with form fields masked, so we can see where the page is unclear.
Google AdsAdvertisingMeasures which Google ads lead to inquiries and lets us show ads to past visitors.
Meta PixelAdvertisingThe same for Facebook and Instagram ads.
LinkedIn Insight TagAdvertisingThe same for LinkedIn ads, plus anonymous reports on visitors' industries and job titles.

If you are in the EU, EEA, UK, Switzerland or Quebec, these stay off until you agree in the cookie banner. Everywhere else they are on by default and you can switch them off at any time. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we keep advertising cookies off.

We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics for all visitors. It measures page views and page speed without setting cookies, so it isn't part of the cookie settings.

Why we use your information

We use your contact details to answer your inquiry and, if you choose, to work with you. For visitors in the EU, EEA and UK, our legal basis is the steps you ask us to take before a contract, or our legitimate interest in replying to business inquiries. We use analytics and advertising cookies only with your consent where the law requires it.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers named above (Google, Microsoft, Meta, LinkedIn, MailChannels and Cloudflare), who process it to provide their services. They may handle it in the United States and other countries. We do not sell your contact details.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry emails for as long as we need them for our business relationship and records. Analytics data is kept for up to 14 months. Cookies expire on the schedule each provider sets, and you can delete them in your browser at any time.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, object to how we use it, or withdraw your consent. Email us and we will reply within 30 days. If you are in the EU, EEA or UK, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Changes

If we change this notice, we will update the date at the top of this page.
